Hillary For President In 2012? You’d Better Believe It!
Obama An Anomaly?

Back when I was a kid, in the rolling hills and red clay of piedmont South Carolina, we “country boys” knew what an expert was. As defined by us – an expert was: “a person who was a long ways from home.” Truthfully, I think we were correct then and I believe that definition, in many cases, is correct today.
In the field of political commentary we have, today, those we refer to as “Pundits.” The core definition of pundit is “expert.”
According to Wikipedia, a Pundit is someone who offers to mass-media his or her opinion or commentary on a particular subject area (most typically political analysis, the social sciences or sport) on which they are knowledgeable. (SOURCE)
The word, itself, goes all the way back to one of the most ancient languages… Sanskrit. So, it has been around for a very long time. That would mean that “experts” have been around for exactly the same length of time – more or less.
Just so you know, I don’t consider myself a pundit. There are exceptionally few things about which I could even be thought an expert.
Having said all of the above, I do plead guilty to being extremely opinionated with little hesitation to share my opinions with those interested in them.
Now that I have qualified what I am about to say, allow me to say it.
I believe Hillary Clinton will be the Democratic Party’s candidate for US President in 2012. Over the past — little more than a year and a half — I have watched Obama going through the motions while his handlers pull the strings. (The Shadow Government, remember?) As we approach the Mid-Term election in November, I believe the Obama puppeteers know they have accomplished nearly all they can hope for with Obama, and they are very near to cutting his strings.
Let’s face it. Obama is a joke! A costly joke, but a joke, nevertheless. His own fellow democrats are distancing themselves from him as far as they can get — and that includes hardcore democrats.
Here in the southern states, democrats are not just distancing themselves; they are RUNNING away from Obamas as fast as they can. Sure, they are concerned for their own political survival in the upcoming Mid-Term Election, but there is more to it than that.
Southern democrats are mostly moderates tending to lean right. I am speaking, of course, of the southern democrat voters – not the southern democrat politicos. They Southern Democratic voters soured, almost immediately, on Obama and what they see as his socialist agenda.
Southerners, by and large, are fiercely loyal to the US Constitution and the United States. They perceive Obama’s Socialist/Marxist agenda as a direct attack upon their constitutional rights, upon their state‘s rights, not to mention the dignity and honor of the United States of America. They are more than a little angry and, no matter which political party they bestow their allegiance upon, they want Obama and his cohort of Leftists and Socialists and Marxists and Progressives GONE.
All this while, Hillary’s troops have been polishing her image while watching and evaluating the voter’s reactions to Obama’s agenda. They have been planning accordingly. When the time is right, in their estimation, Hillary will step from the wings and offer herself as the voice of reason, sounding, for all the world like a Ronald Reagan conservative– at least, when compared to Obama!
It is my opinion, that if Obama does not change his angle of attack very soon now, he will not get the Democratic nomination for President. Hillary will.
We have seen Obama’s stubborn streak when it comes to moderating his ideology. He is not interested in compromising it one little bit. That may very well be his undoing, and the making of President Hillary Clinton.
Oh, one final comment: If the GOP does not offer the republican voters a better slate of candidates (than they did in 2008) in the primaries leading up to the Presidential election in 2012, I strongly believe Hillary Clinton will be our next President.
Punditry? Call it what you will. I’m just sharing my opinion.

Is a Second American Revolution in the Offing?

Will there be a Second American Revolution as some are predicting? Frankly, I do not know. I sincerely hope it does not come to that.
Many American voices are calling out that if we wish to reestablish a new capitalist society after the collapse, we must consider every avenue. One can only prepare for the worst and hope for the best.
Rest assured, there will be no renewal as long as our government remains in the hands of the socialists and Marxists. We can begin the process of removing them from office in the Mid Term Election in November of 2010.
There are those Americans among us who believe a second revolution is as certain as tomorrow’s sunrise. They believe the countdown has begun.
I don’t think anyone in his or her right mind and aware of current events in the United States could possibly deny that The American government has failed the citizens of the US. And they have failed miserably.
The government is so completely out of touch with the people who sent them there to represent them and their concerns that it has bred a cascade of anger and frustration among the American electorate. Like a snowball rolling downhill, it has increased in size, intensity, volume, and the ability to crush, that which lies in its path. To say America is seething with anger is to voice an understatement that would certainly break any stand records.
I am not an academic, and I am not and expert on history, although I consider myself to be something of an amateur historian, and I have spent a lot of time and stuffy on the era of the American Civil War and the causation of that bloodiest of all American wars. I have to tell you, dear reader, the parallels between the government’s relationship with the American citizen is so like that which existed in the 1840s and 1850s, the two decades or so before the shooting began that it is not only amazing, it is down right scary.
American citizens are preparing for what they perceive will be a battle to reclaim their country from the Socialists, the Marxists, the Progressives, and the odd Communist, or two, tossed in among the far left liberals. I told you it is frightening.
Contrary to what you may think, I am no wild-eyed revolutionist. What I am is — an American who loves his country and wants to preserve the US Constitution and the Republican form of government, which has served us so well since the republic, was founded.
It is clear the American Republic cannot survive if it continues on the path the Obama Administration and the Democratic Party controlled Congress has forced upon the American people.
Those who voted for Obama in 2008 wanted CHANGE, not “Chains.” However, it is now clear that “Chains” is what we have, not change.
I am convinced the only thing restraining Americans from manning barricades in the streets of America is the proximity of the Mid-Term Election in just a few weeks. Never in my adult life have I seen American citizens so anxious to get to the polls and cast a ballot repudiating and denouncing the Obama and Democratic Party agenda.
The Folks in the Obama Regime and Obama’s lapdogs in the Mainstream Media are pretending not to notice. But, believe me, they have noticed — and they scared witless. They know what is coming in November.
Now here’s the thing, to win America back, we have to show up at the polls in staggering numbers. Obama’s legions are already at work trying to whip up their base into a frenzy and overwhelm the polling places in a tsunami of minority voters who have been totally unable to understand they are as indentured to Obama’s Plantation as their ancestors ever were to their 19th century plantation masters in the “Big House.”
If there is to be a second American Revolution, it must be won at the ballot box. And do not kid yourselves. It will not be easy. I think it is reasonable to expect voter intimidation by threats of violence to voters not enamored of Obama and intend to vote against those democrats who have rammed the Obama agenda down the throats of Americans.
But, only a purge of democrats from the US Congress will give America relief and allow us to reclaim our dearly beloved Republic we call America.

Flipping “The Bird” in America’s Face!
The Abomination at Ground Zero!

We knew the minute the first reports hit the wires concerning the building of an Islamic mosque on a site so near Ground Zero in New York City, that it would be approved. All one had to do was consider the liberal government of New York City.
Liberals are nothing, if they are not predictable. We American conservatives have known that for, oh, about two and half centuries. Our enemies know it, too. And they take advantage of it.
The most current example of intimidating a liberal government into giving them what they want is the mosque at Ground Zero.
Yes, the NYC government is pathetic. I can think of no other word to better describe their actions. Well, actually, I CAN, but they are unprintable here.
As a conservative, I have grown deeply weary of being expected to continuously bail the liberals out of trouble in order to save our country. We have done it for so long, now, that they seem to expect us to be on stand-by every minute of every day to rescue them. I have often wondered if we simply stopped bailing their butts out, it would force them to be a bit more circumspect with the security of the nation. But elitism, and arrogance are powerful drugs, especially to liberals and progressives, and I suspect it would take another 250 years for them to realize they are on their own and actually responsible for the welfare of the US.
Look, New York was played like a Stradivarius. Those behind that mosque knew all they had to do was play the part of a poor, put upon, minority – and a religious one at that, and it would so intimidate the leaders of New York, one of the most liberal cities in the world, they would melt like a skewered marshmallow over a girl scout’s camp fire. And of course they did just that. May we suggest that New York City drop the use of the nickname, “The Big Apple,” and immediately adopt “The Big Marshmallow” because it is far more accurate in its description of the reality that is today’s New York City.
Our politically correct leaders have so bought into the BS about diversity, and inclusiveness, until it has become a sickness. We have forgotten the scriptural warning that “a little leaven leavens the whole lot.” We have embraced political correctness until we have devolved from a crucible to a melting pot to a sewer.
The mosque at Ground Zero, just 600 feet from our national wound, is only the latest evidence of the limp-wristed fecklessness of our dangerously naive leaders — at all levels of government.
If any more evidence is required, look only to our southern border. How much longer will our government look away while an insurgency takes over our southern neighbor, Mexico? At some point, the US will be required to invade Mexico and TRY to set things aright. All the while Mexico’s citizens are streaming north into America and into the waiting arms — and pocketbooks — of the clueless citizens of sanctuary cities.
The hard core of America has been diluted by inclusiveness and diversity. Our leadership is hopelessly naïve, clueless, and pathetically incapable to lead the US as a world power – let alone a world super power.
The mosque at ground zero is nothing more that an “in your face” insult to the American people. It is grandstanding. It is an “end zone dance” celebrating a victory over the infidels of the Great Satan, America! It is adding insult to injury.
New York’s government has brought shame not only on New York, not only on the families of those who lost their lives on 9/11, but on the entire country. What they did is immeasurably disgusting.

Change the 14th Amendment! No More Anchor Babies!

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) told “The Hill” on Monday that Congress “ought to take a look at” changing the 14th Amendment, which gives the children of illegal immigrants a right to U.S. citizenship.
There is growing support within the GOP for the controversial idea, which has also recently been touted by Senate Minority Whip Jon Kyl (R-Ariz.) and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.).
Senator McConnell said: “I think we ought to take a look at it — hold hearings, listen to the experts on it,” McConnell said. “I haven’t made a final decision about it, but that’s something that we clearly need to look at. Regardless of how you feel about the various aspects of immigration reform, I don’t think anybody thinks that’s something they’re comfortable with.”
Senate Minority Whip Jon Kyl (R-Ariz.) has said: “There is a constitutional provision in the 14th Amendment that has been interpreted to provide that, if you are born in the United States, you are a citizen no matter what. … And so the question is, if both parents are here illegally, should there be a reward for their illegal behavior?” Kyl went on to say: “We should hold some hearings and hear first from the constitutional experts to at least tell us what the state of the law on that proposition is.” Kyl’s Remarks were made on CBS’s “Face the Nation” last Sunday.
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) has said: “birthright citizenship is a mistake.” We should change our Constitution and say if you come illegally and you have a child, that child is automatically not a citizen.” Read the entire article here:(“THE HILL”)
If you are a regular reader of our rants, then you know we have been calling for an end to the practice of “Anchor Babies” for a good long while now.
Anchor babies are children born in the United States to illegal alien parents. “These children may instantly qualify for welfare and other state and local benefit programs. Additionally with the passage of the 1965 Immigration and Nationality Act, the child may sponsor other family members for entry into the United States when he or she reaches the age of twenty-one (See also Chain Migration). The sheer numbers are staggering. In Stockton, California (2003), 70 percent of the 2,300 babies, born in San Joaquin General Hospital’s maternity ward were anchor babies.” (From FAIR The Federation for American Immigration reform. Section one, of the 14th amendment, was written to ensure that former slaves would enjoy full citizenship in the US. But, it has been stretched to encompass the babies of those who have entered this country illegally. Once that baby is born, they have their “anchor” here and, at age 21 that now “grown” baby, can petition the government to bring his family into the US as well.
It is estimated that 300,000, or more, anchor babies are born each year in the United States. The US is now the only country, which allows this practice. Ireland did, for a while, but quickly changed the law when it became obvious that pregnant immigrants from Africa were flooding their country every year. The Anchor Babies instantly quality for a host of federal, state, and even local benefit programs. All of this happens as a result of the way the courts decided to interpret the 14th amendment to the US Constitution.
One must remember that at the time the 14th amendment was passed, the United States had no immigration policy at all. The amendment was added to our Constitution as part of the reforms (after the Civil War), which were intended to address injustices to African Americans. It states: “all persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States.” It was worded in that manner to stop any state government from denying citizenship to anyone born in the United States.
Look closely at the wording of the amendment. Notice the phrase “subject to the jurisdiction thereof.” The intention of that phrase was to exclude from automatic citizenship American-born persons whose allegiance to the United States was not complete.
It is the belief of many in the US, today, that illegal aliens (who are in the US unlawfully, remember) have little, if any, allegiance to the US. At the very least that allegiance is “incomplete. Therefore, it logically follows that any children born of them, within the US, are NOT automatically United States citizens.
Action by Congress is needed, and needed desperately, to make clear, once and for all, that the 14th Amendment did not intend for children of illegal aliens, born in the US, to automatically become citizens.
It is time to lean on our Congresspersons and Senators and let them know how you feel about “Anchor Babies.” Let them know you want it stopped. Let them know you want the US borders sealed, and secured, and the illegal aliens already within the US deported – and — you want the 14th Amendment changed to put a stop to Anchor Babies once and for all.

Will Raising Taxes on the Rich Threaten Your Job?
Poor People Don’t Provide Jobs!

Rich people provided every job I have had in my life. I expect the same is true of your work history.
One of the truisms in life is this: “If You Bought Something, Someone Worked to Make It; If You Have Something that Requires Service, Someone Is Servicing It; If You Have A Lot of Money, It Is Working Somewhere.” (SOURCE)
Today in America unemployment is hovering near the ten percent mark. Well, that is the figure supplied the public by the government. Honestly, I am not comfortable with the unemployment figures provided us by the government. I have heard reports from private organizations that the REAL national unemployment figures are closer to 22% than 10%.
How can that be? Because the government plays all sorts of “tricks” with the numbers to get a, shall we say– more favorable figure for the administration in power at the time. A true accounting would very likely result in a figure closer to 22% than that ten percent we have been offered for sometime now.
Let’s say we split the difference and agree that the real unemployment rate in America today is around 16% to 17%. That is still a whopping chunk of the American workforce out of work.
Why are there no jobs, then? Well, that takes us back to the point I made at the beginning of this piece. Wealthy people provide the jobs in America.
Yes, the wealthy still have money. Maybe not as much as they had before the recession hit us so hard, but they still have an ample supply. But they are not spending it on plant expansions, new operations, purchasing new equipment, building up their inventory, etc, etc. When that money they are sitting on is static, when it is not working, then it is not creating jobs. As a result, Americans can’t find jobs.
For the most part, rich people are not fools. They did not get rich by doing stupid things. Risking their fortunes on an American economy on the threshold of being regulated into oblivion by a President and a government on the cusp of completely embracing socialism and fascism would, indeed, be stupid.
Wealthy Americans are nervous. They are sitting on their money waiting, and hoping, for better times, when they can again put their fortunes to work creating jobs for the American work force and making lots more money for themselves. That’s the way business works.
I don’t know where the idea that — business is in business to do you and I a favor — originated. But I tell you as strongly as I can, that it is untrue. Business is in business to make money, to make a profit, for the owners and the stockholders of that business.
Bludgeoning the wealthy with even more taxes is certainly not going to make them take what’s left of their fortunes and blow it on “make work” jobs creating “stuff” the public doesn’t have the money to buy because they don’t have the jobs with which to earn the money it takes to purchase that “stuff.”
If anything, increased taxes will result in the wealthy holding even tighter to their fortunes and spending even less of it. It will also result in corporations looking for countries around the globe that have a ready workforce, willing to work for much lower wages, and a government that is willing to provide a tax friendly environment within which that corporation can operate at a substantial profit. The latter is happening even as America is beginning the long road back from the recession.
Corporations have seen where the American government is going with their regulations and taxes and they are not stupid enough to sit here on American soil and allow the new American socialism to take over their corporate investments. They are getting out – sooner, or later — and they are taking their companies offshore to countries that welcome the jobs they bring to that country’s people with open arms.
So, the answer to the question I posed above is – yes. Higher taxes, on the rich, do threaten your job. There is no question about it.
We haven’t even touched on the whether, or not, the government’s taking over half of what a wage earner makes to redistribute to those who make less, is even moral. I didn’t bother to spend much ink on that topic because the answer is so obvious. NO, it is NOT MORAL. It is, in fact, thievery. When a government does it — it is called taxing. When an individual does it, it is called robbery.
In the next few weeks, we Americans are going to hear and see a lot of debate about raising taxes on Americans, and on American business. Raising taxes will prolong the recession, and make the unemployment figures continue at unacceptable highs. It will also drive many large corporations away from America and stop those considering locating in America to look elsewhere. In short, higher taxes will crush what is left of the American economy.
With Election Day approaching we ask that you observe which political party is pushing those higher taxes, and remember them when you cast your vote in November.

Effort Already Underway to Repeal ObamaCare

It is “not getting much press,” as they say, but the repeal of ObamaCare is very real in the US House of Representatives. “More than three-quarters of the needed members of the U.S. House of Representatives have signed onto a measure to have a new vote on Obamacare that essentially would allow the chamber to withdraw its approval of the law and begin the process of banishing it from American shores.” (From World Net Daily. Well, that’s interesting, what? Hadn’t heard about it – had you?
Are you surprised?
You shouldn’t be. With the mainstream media in the tank for Obama, they seem ready to sweep under the rug, look the other way, or completely ignore, in this case, one of the biggest stories leading up to the Democratic Party massacre in the Mid-Term Election just a few weeks away.
Ok, so what’s going on with the efforts to repeal ObamaCare, anyway?
According to WND, the discharge petition has already obtained 162 signatures of the 218 it will need. Under the provisions of the discharge procedures in the House, the signatures of 218 members, a majority, of the 435-member chamber is needed before it can move forward. As the 218 signatures IS a majority of the House membership, it is near certain to be approved once it reaches the point of advancement. With a majority signing onto the discharge petition, Speaker Pelosi cannot stop it.
You may remember that all of the Republicans and 34 Democrats opposed Obamacare when it was passed on a narrow 219-212 vote earlier this year. That should mean that at least 212 members of the House should be ready to repeal ObamaCare since they were against it, and voted against it, just a few months ago. If it turns out that way, those pushing the discharge petition will only need a handful (roughly a half dozen) of democrats for the petition to advance.
Now, all of this activity on the repeal of ObamaCare has been going on, successfully, in the face of massive opposition from Speaker Pelosi and the hardcore Obamacrats in the U. S. House.
You may remember that Pelosi said they’d have to pass ObamaCare before we could find out what was in it, right? Well, they passed it, and we read it, and the majority of the electorate is P.O.ed that the US Congress would foist such a statist, socialist, piece of bovine scatology on the American citizens. As a result, the Democrats in the current “Kamikaze Kongress” are facing the worst defeat at the polls in the modern history of the United States.
This November, a slew of Democrats are going to have to answer to their constituents for having voted for socialized medicine and saddling those same voters with massive tax increases, and even more government intrusion in their lives.
If there are any two things Americans hate, it is taxes and government meddling in their private lives.
Here’s the wording on the petition: “Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XV, I, Steve King of Iowa, move to discharge the Committees on Energy and Commerce, Ways and Means, Education and Labor, the Judiciary, Natural Resources, Rules, House Administration and Appropriations from the consideration of the bill (H.R. 4972) to repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, which was referred to said committees on March 25, 2010, in support of which motion the undersigned Members of the House of Representatives affix their signatures.”
So, the effort to repeal ObamaCare is underway and your help is needed. If you want to see this law, which was dragged from the sewer of socialism, repealed — and a spike driven through its heart so that it can never be revived — then we suggest you contact your congressperson right away and tell them you want them to sign on to the discharge petition TODAY! With your help it is not impossible to overturn ObamaCare during THIS SESSION of Congress!
Congressman John Boehner, Republican of Ohio, is recently reported to have said: “While rushing their massive government takeover of health care through Congress, President Obama and congressional Democrats promised it would create jobs, lower costs, reduce the deficit, allow Americans to keep their health care, protect seniors’ coverage, prohibit taxpayer-funded abortion and, of course, gain the support of the American people…” Boehner continued: “It isn’t just that none of these promises or predictions have turned out to be true. In every instance, Obamacare has made matters worse.”
Boehner went on to say: “The American people remain squarely opposed to this government takeover of health care that has already failed to live up to specific promises made by President Obama and Washington Democrats.
“Republicans are listening to the American people, and fighting to repeal Obamacare so we can replace it with common-sense reforms focused on lowering costs and protecting jobs…”
There is much to be done to ensure the repeal of ObamaCare and the sooner we begin — the sooner we will be rid of this abomination from the depths of hell.

The American electorate is growing more angry and dissatisfied by the heavy-handed tactics of President Obama with each passing day. His drop in the polls is meteoric — with the trajectory decidedly downward. Calls for his impeachment are becoming more urgent and frequent.
My friend Alan Caruba has been calling for Obama’s impeachment for many months now. He was far ahead of the pack recognizing the true nature of the Obama agenda. Talk of Impeachment

The last time I recall the nation being this concerned over the state of the presidency was during the Lewinsky scandal and ensuing impeachment proceedings against President Clinton. Before that it was during the slow revelation of the Watergate scandal that finally forced Richard Nixon’s resignation. On Thursday, July 22, an editorial opinion by Tom Tancredo in The Washington Times called for the impeachment of President Obama. A column by Jeffrey Kuhner was titled “President’s socialist takeover must be stopped.”
Tancredo, a former five-term member of Congress, is now the chairman of the Rocky Mountain Foundation. Kuhner, a Times columnist, is president of the Edmund Burke Institute.
Burke, an Irish orator, philosopher and politician (1729-1797) is best known for his warning that “All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing”, but he also said, “Men have no right to put the well-being of the present generation wholly out of the question. Perhaps the only moral trust with any certainty in our hands is the care of our own time.”
It is the conceit of every generation that those that preceded it were less sophisticated, but it is clear from Alexander Hamilton’s Federalist Paper number 65, published in the New York Packet on March 7, 1788, that the question of impeachment as defined in the Constitution was being debated, the subtleties of the issue were not only understood by the author, but by Americans of his era as well.
Hamilton wrote: “A well-constituted court for the trial of impeachments is an object not more to be desired than difficult to be obtained in a government wholly elective. The subjects of its jurisdiction are those offenses which proceed from the misconduct of public men, or, in other words, from the abuse or violation of some public trust. They are of a nature which may with peculiar propriety be denominated political, as they relate chiefly to injuries done immediately to the society itself. The prosecution of them, for this reason, will seldom fail to agitate the passions of the whole community, and to divide it into parties more or less friendly or inimical to the accused.”
The removal of Barack Hussein Obama from the office of the presidency is increasingly spoken of among concerned Americans and now has risen to the level of discussion in print. The two Times articles enumerated the reasons why.
Tancredo began by reminding us that “every citizen elected to serve in Congress or any person appointed to any federal position” must swear an oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic.”
“For the first time in American history,” said Tancredo, “we have a man in the White House who consciously and brazenly disregards his oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution.”
Going straight to the heart of the issue confronting all Americans, Tancredo said, “Our president is an enemy of the Constitution and, as such, he is a danger to our safety, our security, and our personal freedoms.”
Kuhner wrote that Obama is “slowly, piece by piece, erecting a socialist dictatorship. We are not there yet, but he is putting America on that dangerous path. He is undermining our constitutional system of checks and balances, subverting democratic procedures and the rule of law…”
Tancredo listed what he regards as impeachable offenses which the Constitution describes as “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.” Impeachment has twice been attempted in the nation’s past and neither succeeded. Among those cited by Tancredo are:
# Disenfranchising General Motors and Chrysler bondholders in order to transfer billions of investor dollars to his supporters in the United Auto Workers;
# Implementing a third ban on off-shore drilling despite the rejection by two federal courts.
# The appointment of judges who want to create law rather than interpret it.
# The failure to defend the nation’s southern border against an invasion of illegal aliens.Tancredo could have added the questionable demand that BP create a $20 billion fund to cover the cost of the oil cleanup and the losses incurred by those affected by it. That was entirely without any previous historic or legal precedent.
The creation, too, of an entire level of presidential advisors (czars) within the White House who appear to have been granted greater powers than Secretaries of various federal departments in determining policy is highly questionable. Few underwent any examination by the Senate.
Kuhner warned about Obamacare’s funding of abortion, along with the creation of “a command-and-control health care system, “a frontal assault on property rights”, the new financial reform act that he deemed “essentially nationalize the big banks” while noting the same effect on the financial sector, and the student loan industry. He too noted the takeover of the automakers.
Kuhner warned that Obama’s “comprehensive immigration reform” would grant amnesty to 12 to 20 million illegal aliens “would sound the death knell for our national sovereignty.” The Obama Justice Department’s decision to sue Arizona for its immigration law was deemed as “siding with criminals against his fellow Americans” and desecrated his constitutional oath.
Kuhner deemed it “treasonous.”Kuhner urged that, should the Republicans win back Congress in November “formal investigations into this criminal, scandal-ridden administration” should be launched.
I doubt that even Republican control of Congress in both houses would undertake impeachment proceedings against Obama. That did not go well when it was tried against Clinton. At best a Congress in which they controlled either or both houses would become a bulwark against further predations by the first Marxist president ever elected in America and, hopefully, the last.

In Obama’s Fascist America

Is Obama a fascist?
Ok — so what is a fascist? According to The Urban Dictionary a fascist is “someone who believes in a totalitarian state rule by a supreme leader (dictator) who controls everything possible and treats people harshly — to gain the leader’s own success….” (SOURCE)
Sound familiar? In a piece by John Griffing, published at American Thinker, Mr. Griffing says the following: “At its core, fascism is really just a system where government, through agreements with the private sector, controls virtually all property and income indirectly and Obama has embraced this template.”
Mr. Griffing goes on to say: “Fascism is correctly associated with tyranny since nations that employ the tenets of fascism almost always transition from a republican or parliamentary form of government to some sort of personality cult usually centered on an economic “savior.” Fascism requires extensive state control, and if this control is not centralized in a singular personality, the results will be muddied and plagued with excessive overlap. It is gratifying, to say the least, to find someone who agrees with our viewpoint of Obama and his regime. It is truly frightening to see America being fundamentally changed from a constitutional republic into a fascist dictatorship under Obama. But, that is what we have in America today.
What? You say it can’t happen in America? Well, I hate to disagree with your assessment, but dear reader, it already has happened. The task of freedom loving Americans now — IS TO CHANGE IT BACK! That goal is becoming ever more difficult, with every passing day, as the line between the private sector and the public sector is being systematically and intentionally blurred by the Obama Regime. You may not wish to admit it, even to yourself, but, as Mr. Griffing says in his article at American Thinker, “individual liberty can often be conditioned on complicity with state aims, as manifested in the private sector sphere.” He is spot on!
Look, we Americans are being “conditioned” by the Obama Regime to jump through any hoop Obama should hold up in front of us.
Many weeks ago we warned of an avalanche of taxes on the horizon for America. That avalanche is about to come rumbling down to crush the last remnant of resistance to the Obama fascist agenda.
Obama and the democrats have bankrupted America. We are broke. There is no more money available within the government budget to stave of the insolvency of America.
So what must happen? Huge tax increases. As Charles Krauthammer has warned us: “There just isn’t enough to cut elsewhere to prevent national insolvency. That will require massive tax increases, most likely a European-style value-added tax.” Read the entire article here (SOURCE)
Americans who have already been mentally “conditioned” will simply lie down and allow the Obama taxes, such as the VAT tax, to wash over them. Those of us who are not “conditioned” will fight it every step of the way. Even the Vat tax is the tip of the iceberg, so to speak. It cannot cover the shortfall of funds America faces in the future.
Only a strong fascist leader could “condition” Americans to accept what is coming next — the looting of the individual American.
In an article at the American thinker written by Kyle Anne Shiver and entitled: “Barack Obama, the Quintessential liberal fascist” Shiver says: “Neither did Barack Obama invent the political “ideology of change,” nor design its carefully crafted propaganda. While media folks talked of the tingles up their legs and the brilliant rhetoric of Barack Obama, they were heralding the speaker only, not the creator of the movement and its slogans. That would have been Saul Alinsky, the man who took fascism and cunningly made it appear to casual observers every bit as American as apple pie.

As much as I dislike admitting it, we HAVE become conditioned “not to see the forest for the trees.” We inhabit Obama’s fascist America, yet we don’t seem able to see it for what it is. Today we Americans seem to lack what the military refers to as “situational awareness.” Just as on the battlefield where lack of situational awareness can easily lead to the demise of the individual, it can also lead the people of a country into placidly standing by as their nation is hi-jacked and “fundamentally changed,” from a nation where the government serves the people — to a nation where the people serve the government.
That has already happened. The question now is — can we change it back to its rightful condition. We have a chance this November to begin that renewal. Lets not allow the chance to save America pass us by. It MAY be our last chance.

The Mailed Fist of the Federal Government Slams Arizona
States Should Revive the Practice of “Nullification”

What we saw occur in Arizona this week, with a federal district judge gutting a law passed by the Arizona state legislature and signed into law by the governor of that state is nothing less than spitting in the face of “states rights!”
We Americans have already fought one civil war over this very thing — and the federal government is dragging us ever closer to another American holocaust.
Think about it: The US federal government refuses to enforce the laws of the land and then has the audacity to slap down the people of the states when they attempt to enforce those same laws.
All this time I have been laboring under a misconception. See, I was taught, and I was reared to believe, that the US was a nation of laws and that no person or entity was above the law. Well, it turns out I was WRONG! But I had to wait until the socialist Obama and his henchman hi-jacked the US government to learn that I had been wrong all this time.
I have learned something from all of this. It is that the law does not matter – unless — it can be used (by those in power) to get something they want. If applying the law will constrain them from something they dearly want, then — to hell with the law.
At the moment, Obama wants the Hispanic vote in 2012. He will move heaven and earth, tread on anyone who gets in his way, use the mailed fist of the federal government to crush whoever and whatever gets in his way — the same as any other tin pot dictator in the western hemisphere. America is looking more and more, everyday, like one of the “banana republics” we used to make jokes about. Now that we are one – it ain’t funny!
In the years before the American civil war, when Washington was tyrannizing the southern states on a regular basis (much as they are doing to the entire country today) the southern states began nullifying those federal laws. Why did they think they could do that? Well one of the Founding Fathers, Thomas Jefferson, said in the Kentucky Resolution the following:
“Resolved, that the several States composing the United States of America, are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to their general government; but that by compact under the style and title of a Constitution for the United States and of amendments thereto, they constituted a general government for special purposes, delegated to that government certain definite powers, reserving each State to itself, the residuary mass of right to their own self-government; and that whensoever the general government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force: That to this compact each State acceded as a State, and is an integral party, its co-States forming, as to itself, the other party….each party has an equal right to judge for itself, as well of infractions as of the mode and measure of redress.” Alien and Sedition Acts and States’ rights (Texas Fred has an excellent article from which this was drawn at: http://texasfred.net/archives/7233)
I say again, the underlying cause of the American civil war was not slavery, as we have been taught, it was the abuse of the rights of the states by the heavy-handed federal government – just as the federal government is doing today!
They say history repeats itself – and today we have the evidence right before our eyes.
How much more of Obama’s high-handed tyrannical tactics are the American people going to suffer before they bow their backs and say: ENOUGH!
One good thing may come from this demonstration of what happens when a country’s all too powerful central government runs amuck. If nothing else, this move by the judge in Arizona should seal the election in November for the Republicans.
Now that Americans have seen that the Obama Regime is intent on securing its hold on the government, not only in Washington, but in their states, as well, it should cut through the smoke screen of flowery oratory, and expose the skull and crossbones hidden within.
Remember this: if your state has no rights, YOU, my fellow Americans, have no rights, either!
Remember Arizona in November. Let nothing deter you. RUN to the polls in November — and reclaim America. Do not allow the history books to record that Americans lost their country to a great orator much as the Germans of the 20th century did. As they learned, too late, it was the road to utter destruction.

The Unilateral Creation of a Palestinian State by the UN?
Does the Obama Regime Support UN Creation of Palestinian State?

Palestinian Authority officials say if Israel and the Palestinians fail to reach an agreement to create a Palestinian state, the Obama administration will support a resolution at the United Nations that would unilaterally recognize a Palestinian state (SOURCE).
In a report at World Net Daily, the following is reported: “Last year, Ahmed Qurei, former PA prime minister and member of the Palestine Liberation Organization executive committee, told WND in an interview that the PA “reached an understanding with important elements within the administration” to possibly bring to the U.N. Security Council a resolution to unilaterally create a Palestinian state.
Asked to which “elements” he was referring, Qurei would only say they were from the Obama administration. (SOURCE).
All of this just confirms our worst fears about Obama and his Regime. He is, quite likely, the least prepared President to ever hold office.
You know, I used to wonder if Obama or, at the very least, someone within his regime had actually read the US Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. Now I add to that list of critically important documents nothing less than the Holy Bible. Obama is meddling in a situation that predates the United States of America by thousands of years. Much of the history, which leads up to the problems with Israel and their less than neighborly neighbors, is recorded in the pages of the Bible.
When one does a tiny bit of research, one finds that Israel has a claim to the Holy Land that dates back as far 3,700 years ago. They created a civilization on that terrain and developed a national language, which they have managed to maintain for at least 3,700 years.
Yes, they claim that land and they have a right to it. First, God promised the land to Abraham, then, the Jewish people moved onto to it and began to develop it and they made it their home. The world community saw it — and recognized Israel as the home of the Jewish people and granted Israel recognition as a sovereign country ON THAT LAND.
So, how did Israel grow to the size it is today? As a result of wars that were perpetrated upon Israel by her mischievous neighbors. Israeli military forces captured the land Israel grew into as they attempted, successfully, to defend their homeland. Now, that land, too, is a part of the nation of Israel.
So what about the name Palestine? In the second century A.D., after crushing the last Jewish revolt, the Romans first applied the name “Palaestina” to Judea. Judea was the southern portion of what we now call the West Bank. It was an attempt, by the Romans, to isolate Jewish identification from the land of Israel.
There was never an independent Arab or Palestinian state in Palestine. It never existed, in all of history. In fact, when the Arab-American historian, Princeton University Prof. Philip Hitti, testified against partition before the Anglo-American Committee in 1946, he said: “There is no such thing as ‘Palestine’ in history, absolutely not.” In fact, Palestine is never explicitly mentioned in the Koran, rather it is called “the holy land.”
Going back to 1937 we learn that “a local Arab leader, Auni Bey Abdul-Hadi, told the Peel Commission, which ultimately suggested the partition of Palestine: “There is no such country [as Palestine]! ‘Palestine’ is a term the Zionists invented! There is no Palestine in the Bible. Our country was for centuries part of Syria.” (SOURCE)
Until, roughly, 1967 the Arabs referred to that piece of ground as “southern Syria. “The representative of the Arab Higher Committee to the United Nations submitted a statement to the General Assembly in May 1947 that said, “Palestine was part of the Province of Syria” and that, “politically, the Arabs of Palestine were not independent in the sense of forming a separate political entity.” A few years later, Ahmed Shuqeiri, later the chairman of the PLO, told the Security Council: “It is common knowledge that Palestine is nothing but southern Syria.” (SOURCE)
One must consider God’s promise to Abraham, the creation of a Jewish homeland with Jewish settlements upon the land as far back as 3,700 years ago — up to today. Then, one must consider so much more including the Balfour Declaration of 1917; the League of Nations Mandate, which incorporated the Balfour Declaration; the United Nations partition resolution of 1947; and Israel’s admission to the UN in 1949. And, finally, add to all of the above the recognition of Israel as a sovereign nation by most of the country’s of the world. I suspect the Israeli Jews would ask that an observer also note their thriving society.
Now, when you consider all of the above, you must ask yourself why anyone would want the people of Israel to give up their ancestral homeland, the land God gave them, to the people of a country that never, in all of history, EVER existed.
Remember, too, that these people, of a fantasy country, want nothing more than to push the Jews off their land and into the sea — wiping them out of existence.
THAT is where Obama’s policy toward Israel and the so-called Palestinian people will lead.
When all of this is considered — aren’t we justified in asking if Obama’s ties to the Muslim world are so strong that he has adopted their cause as his — and pushing the Jews of Israel into the Mediterranean Sea is the desired result for both the so-called Palestinians – and — for the Obama Regime?
